Position: Senior Product Designer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days Work Mode: Hybrid Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong experience in B2B/SaaS/Enterprise products to own product design end-to-end and create intuitive, scalable user experiences. Must-Have 5+ years of Product Design / UX Design experience B2B, SaaS, or Enterprise product experience Strong UX, Interaction & Visual Design User research & usability testing Wireframing & prototyping End-to-end product ownership Strong portfolio with case studies Cross-functional collaboration with Product & Engineering Excellent communication skills Experience with AI/agentic workflows preferred Good to Have Figma & Design Systems Web, Mobile/Tablet & Desktop experience Data-informed design Mentoring experience Agile/Scrum experience CRM, Marketing, Call/Text/Email product experience Key Responsibilities Design user-centric and scalable product experiences. Conduct research and translate insights into design solutions. Create concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs. Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap, feasibility, and trade-offs. Use AI tools for faster ideation and prototyping. Contribute to design systems and mentor designers. Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles.
