Senior Corporate software engineer

Position title: Senior Corporate Software Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 6+ Years Work Mode: on-site Product companies only – Share candidates exclusively from product-based companies. Developers – Must have an Engineering degree from Tier 1/2 colleges. Skill set: C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, SQL Server, HTML5/JavaScript, Git, Unit Testing, Debugging, Visual Studio, JIRA, AI Coding Assistants, Code Review, Technical Documentation, Project Leadership & Communication. Key Skills Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL Server Good knowledge of HTML5 & JavaScript; React/Knockout.js is a plus Hands-on experience with Git, Unit Testing, Debugging, Profiling, Visual Studio & JIRA Daily experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar Practical understanding of LLMs, prompting, context windows, hallucination risks, and AI limitations Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into product features Familiarity with prompt engineering for coding/productivity use cases Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes Strong code review, technical documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead technical projects end-to-end and work independently across teams Exposure to developer experience, internal tooling, or engineering productivity initiatives is a plus What You'll Do Lead and deliver technical projects with minimal supervision Build, enhance, debug, and review scalable .NET applications Drive engineering quality through strong coding and code-review practices Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity and code quality Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to make data-driven product decisions Contribute to AI adoption, engineering productivity, and developer experience initiatives
