JOB DESCRIPTION Position offered : Supervisor / In-charge (Production) Experience :More than 5 years (Preferably worked in Geosynthetics ( Geocomposite,Geogrid , Woven / Non-woven & Woven Sacks FIBC ) Location :Mandideep, Distt. Raisen (MP) Education :ME/BE(Polymer/Plastics)/CIPET (PGDPPT / DPT) / B.Sc. with min 5 year experience . Industry Type :Geosynthetics manufacturing Role :Management Functional Area :Production / Testing / Product Development Salary Job Description ➢ Shop floor line production shift handling . ➢ To organize daily Input coordination with planning ➢ To take care manpower utilization as per approved man-days provided by HR department. ➢ To prepare daily production data control reports. ➢ Maintaining production as per the manufacturing orders, specification& standards. ➢ To create positive working environment. & encourage team work. ➢ To co-ordinate with seniors & QA persons . ➢ To ensure safety and housekeeping. ➢ Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS / 5S / Six Sigma Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred. Technical Knowledge about Plastics material processing, Extrusion & Maintenance. Candidates must know manpower handling. Candidate should be smart and articulate with good presentation skills. Candidates should be able to give training to its team on technical specification of Products and Product updates& understand international standards. Strong organizational and communication skills.
