Marketplace P&L Lead – Beauty/Cosmetics (IC Role) Location: Hyderabad | Reporting to: CMO Role Summary: Seeking a hands-on marketplace leader from the beauty/cosmetics industry with proven ownership of ₹100+ Cr annual GMV/P&L. The role focuses on driving growth across e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms as an individual contributor. Preferred: Beauty/cosmetic industry background Open to Hyderabad location Requirements Key Requirements: 5–12 years of marketplace P&L leadership in beauty, FMCG, or D2C brands Proven experience scaling ₹100 Cr+ GMV on Amazon, Flipkart & quick commerce Strong expertise in Amazon SPN, FBA, Brand Analytics, Ad Console, Flipkart Ads Experience in quick commerce onboarding, SKU optimization & pricing/margin analytics Hands-on with tools like Unicommerce, Assiduus, or similar
