WHAT YOU’LL DO Supports global employee recognition and engagement programs through coordination of milestone awards, new hire welcome boxes, employee communications, vendor management, reporting, and fulfillment activities across multiple regions. Supports the global Sales Commissions team through commission administration, reporting, data validation, documentation, tracking, and coordination of recurring commission processes and annual sales compensation activities across multiple regions. Supports global benefits administration by assisting with routine administrative activities across multiple countries. Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Support global employee recognition programs, including New Hire (NH) Welcome Boxes, milestone awards, milestone gifts, birthday and anniversary programs, and employee recognition communications Coordinate with HR Partners to forecast new hire volume and support global distribution activities for welcome boxes and milestone programs Maintain recurring reports related to employee milestones, anniversaries, promotions, retirements, and other recognition-related activities Coordinate with USA vendors for printing, fulfillment, shipping, and distribution of welcome boxes, awards, cards, and employee gifts Monitor and track delivery status of recognition materials and escalate issues or exceptions as needed Prepare and format data files for vendor submission and fulfillment activities Compile and submit monthly employee recognition and workforce updates to internal stakeholders, including Marketing and HR teams Maintain templates, tracking documents, and internal resources related to employee recognition programs Provide administrative support for global sales compensation processes, reporting, and documentation. Assist with commission data validation, reporting, system testing, and special projects to support the Sales Compensation team. Support benefit administration duties and enrollments, maintain employee benefit records, validating data, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and assisting with reporting, audits, and other administrative projects as needed. Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves: Minimum 2 years proven work experience in relevant HR, Accounting or Benefits areas. Excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheets). Must be proficient in Excel to include comparing data between spreadsheets, simple formulas, tabels and VLOOKUP. Demonstrated experience with research and information gathering, including the ability to quickly gather data in a short timeframe on a wide variety of topics Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion Ability to effectively work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally Effective communication and interaction with employees and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization Nice-To-Haves: Indepth Excel experience with complex formulas and data comparison capabiltites. Experience operating in a complex matrix business environment is desirable PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Primarily seated work at a computer workstation. Occasional standing and walking. Frequent use of computer and phone equipment. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Climate-controlled office environment.
