Local Unit & Position Description We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support DNV in hiring the best talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play an important role in managing the full lifecycle of recruitment activities. The role will be responsible for managing stakeholders and both internal and external candidates. You will also be engaged in process improvement initiatives where you will have an opportunity to share and implement your ideas. In your role you will: Provide a great candidate experience and great customer service to DNV hiring managers Contribute to the transition of recruitment services from countries within Asia and IMEA to the new Global Centre Asia, located in Pune India. Support line managers in developing a job analysis, job descriptions and in understanding the overall recruitment process Develop Talent Acquisition and sourcing strategies that engage relevant stakeholders to increase the volume of referrals Develop sourcing strategies for both passive and active candidates Actively seek and utilize unique sourcing tools to increase number of candidates in the pipeline Use the various pre-hire assessment tools including skills and psychometric tests Maintain candidates and process data within the applicant tracking system Identify and build strategies to address areas of opportunity for hiring Demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and conduct candidate interviews Provide updates on Market Insights, Intelligence and current labour market trends Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with candidates and hiring managers to understand their queries and respond to them in an effective manner Collaborate with colleagues within the global Talent Acquisition Team to share ideas for the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, incl. cooperation with the European Global Centre Work on improvement and digitalization initiatives Position Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess the following: 4- 5 years of experience within the recruitment field, with strong sourcing background required Must have atleast 3 years of experience in the full life cycle of recruitment for APAC OR EMEA/IMEA/Middle east Region. Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing strategies: Hands-on experience with LI recruiter, Database Searches and other Social Media – AIRS certification will be an advantage Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships Working knowledge of applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS will be an advantage) Ability to generate and interpret recruitment reports Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite required Confidence and ability to make “cold calls” to passive candidates that you source At least Bachelor’s degree in related field And The following characteristics will be prioritized: A caring and respectful team player aligned with our Company values Passion and enthusiasm for recruitment Strong customer service orientation, proactivity and detail oriented Strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates Ability to develop and implement new ideas or ways of working and adapt to change Company & Business Area Description DNV is the independent expert in assurance and risk management, operating in more than 100 countries.
