Physiotherapist

Conduct physiotherapy assessments and identify patients’ physical and functional needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions. Monitor and document patients’ progress and modify treatment plans as required. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, positioning, mobility, and home-based care. Work closely with doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other rehabilitation professionals. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment. Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and rehabilitation programs.
