Medical Officer

Provide regular medical assessment and clinical care to residents. Monitor residents’ health conditions, vital signs, medications, and treatment plans. Conduct medical consultations and identify health concerns at an early stage. Coordinate with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals when required. Review and update residents’ medical records and treatment documentation. Ensure proper medication management and follow-up of prescribed treatments. Attend to medical emergencies and coordinate timely referrals when required. Work closely with the Manager, Social Worker, Nurses, Caregivers, and Therapists to ensure comprehensive resident care. Provide guidance to staff on basic health, hygiene, infection prevention, and emergency procedures. Communicate with residents’ families regarding relevant medical updates when required. Maintain confidentiality and ensure residents receive respectful and dignified care. Requirements Qualification MBBS Experience Min 1 Year
