Job description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Platform administration and governance

Administer user access, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing configurations, queues, public groups, and security controls

Configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning applications, validation rules, Flow automation, approvals, case management, and business workflows

Recommend scalable, configuration-first solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices and Northstar architectural standards

Maintain configuration inventories, process guides, platform documentation, and administration standards

Security, operations, and release management

Administer least-privilege, role-based security models and support segregation-of-duty requirements

Partner with Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, and Audit teams on governance reviews, access certifications, and regulatory requirements

Coordinate releases, deployments, environment refreshes, seasonal release assessments, and production-readiness activities

Monitor platform health, performance, adoption, controls, and system stability while managing operational risk

User support, data quality, and innovation

Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor to stakeholders across Business Groups and World Areas

Develop user guides, knowledge articles, training materials, onboarding activities, office hours, and enablement workshops

Partner with Data Governance and Master Data Management teams to improve customer, account, contact, partner, and opportunity data quality

Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for adoption, utilization, data quality, and business performance

Support Data Cloud and Agentforce administration, identity resolution, governance controls, responsible AI practices, and operational monitoring

Who You Are

You are a proactive, customer-focused Salesforce professional who combines hands-on expertise with business acumen and operational discipline. You are recognized as a trusted partner, collaborative problem solver, and advocate for secure, scalable platform practices that improve adoption and business outcomes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Salesforce platform administration, configuration, security, sharing, data management, reporting, and environment management

Flow Builder, declarative automation, validation rules, approval processes, and deployment coordination

Salesforce governance, release management, operational support, and enterprise integration concepts

Foundational knowledge of Data Cloud, Agentforce, identity management, and data quality controls

Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce administration experience, including support for a complex global enterprise and large-scale user community

Experience supporting enterprise CRM transformation programs and managed service or implementation partners

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to support a globally distributed user base and balance responsiveness with governance

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience supporting a Salesforce Center of Excellence operating model

Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Manufacturing Cloud, and Experience Cloud

Industrial manufacturing, B2B, MDM, CDM, data stewardship, or enterprise data governance experience

Preferred certifications include Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, AI Associate, Agentforce Specialist, and Data Cloud Consultant
