Experience with global delivery models (onshore/offshore)

Good understanding of: legacy systems (mainframe / NonStop / COBOL)
cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
application, data, and integration modernization
Ability to understand and govern complex technical solutions
✅ AI & Digital Transformation
Experience with AI-led delivery models or automation-driven programs
Understanding of Agentic AI / human-in-the-loop engineering
Ability to translate AI strategy into execution outcomes
