Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Senior Manager-level Assurance professional to join our dynamic team, in Bangalore. Our Managers supervise large groups of people on several complex engagements, at the same time.

How You’ll Contribute:

Provide management over a complex portfolio of clients and deliver high quality services

Manage engagements from start to finish: proposals, budgets, WIPS, timely billing and collection, etc.

Achieve team and individual budget and performance objectives

Maintain expert technical standards

Proactively identify client needs by understanding their business and key risks

Provide value-add services to clients on a consultancy basis, with cross-selling in mind

Mentor, train, and develop staff

Lead by example: demonstrate a positive, team-player attitude and professional appearance

Adhere to Firm document and email retention policies

Seek leadership roles in professional, business or community organizations

Identify hiring needs for the department and interview potential hires

What Skills You’ll Bring:

8+ years of experience within public accounting Assurance/Audit Services

CPA, preferred

Experience supervising teams and leading entire engagement process

Expert analytical skills

Ability to train and mentor staff

Adept at handling client relationships, independently

Bilingual in Spanish

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work overtime during peak times of the year
