Think you have what it takes?

Operational owner of KR's IT-administered SaaS application portfolio. Operates independently — owning access management, license governance, SSO configuration, vendor relationships, and first-line support without hand-holding. Day-to-day IT point of contact for all administered platforms. Mentors the Junior Administrator. IT owns configuration and lifecycle management; business teams own the content and workflows.

Requirements

How You’ll Contribute:

Access & Permissions Ownership

Own user access across all IT-administered apps — provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignment, least-privilege standards

Manage joiner/mover/leaver process — right access on day one, fully revoked on departure

Maintain auditable access matrix for every platform

Conduct quarterly access reviews — dormant accounts, privilege drift, role mismatches

Handle complex requests — temporary elevated access, guest users, cross-platform provisioning

License Management & Renewals

Own the renewal calendar — flag 60 days ahead with utilization data and recommendation

Monthly seat utilization reports — identify unused/dormant seats, recommend adjustments

Maintain authoritative application registry — vendor, cost, licenses, renewal date, SSO status per platform

SSO Configuration & New Apps

Own Azure Entra ID SSO configuration for all supported apps — setup, testing, troubleshooting

Configure new applications — user directory, Entra ID SSO, MFA enforcement, role structures

Review vendor security docs on new app adoption

Identify and govern shadow IT

Vendor Management & Support

Manage vendors support relationships — raise, track, follow up on tickets for all platforms

Triage accurately — IT resolves (access/config) · Business owner (functional) Vendor (bugs)

Monitor health of critical platforms — proactive notification before issues escalates

Maintain IT knowledge base for all administered platforms

Mentorship & Improvement

Mentor the Junior Application Administrator

Identify automation and process improvement opportunities

Produce and maintain admin documentation for every platform

What Skills You’ll Bring:

3–5 years IT administration or application management — 200+ user organization

Access management across multiple SaaS platforms — consistent, auditable, least-privilege

License management and renewal governance — utilization tracking, renewal calendar ownership

SSO configuration — Azure Entra ID, Okta, or equivalent, hands-on integration experience
