Coordinate opening and closing duties, ensuring all settings comply with departmental standards and procedures

Supervise junior team members and ensuring assigned tasks are completed on time and to departmental standards

Manage restaurant reservations and cancellations in accordance with departmental procedures; reconfirm reservations daily via phone or email

Take food and beverage orders according to guest requirements and deliver services in compliance with departmental standards

Upsell and promote food and beverage offerings to maximise sales revenue; cross-sell other dining venues when required

Apply food safety and hygiene precautions in accordance with HACCP standards

Handle guest complaints and comments professionally and efficiently, reporting irregularities to management

Oversee outlet operations in the absence of management and assist other outlets during peak periods as required

Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned

Maintain high standards of personal appearance, hygiene, and punctuality; wear clean and complete uniform at all times

Perform additional duties as assigned by hotel management

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management

Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage

Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
