Head – Renewable Energy Designation: GM / AVP Role Overview: Lead the renewable energy vertical including Solar PV, BESS, and hybrid projects. Responsible for strategy, project execution, technology selection, and business performance across the renewable portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Define renewable energy strategy and execution roadmap Oversee project development, engineering, procurement & execution Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and EPC models Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks Coordinate with utilities, regulators, consultants, and internal teams Monitor project performance, risks, and compliance Requirements Qualification & Experience: BE / ME – Electrical / Mechanical / Civil 20+ years total experience 15+ years relevant experience in Renewable Energy (Solar/BESS)
