The Team:

Our Global Mobility Tax Services team supports organizations and internationally mobile employees throughout the cross-border assignment lifecycle. We collaborate with Deloitte member firms, human resources teams, and service providers to coordinate global mobility activities across jurisdictions. The team combines global mobility knowledge, project management, and client service to help deliver accurate, timely support to global stakeholders.

Work you'll do:

Join Deloitte as a Senior Manager, Tax Services and lead global mobility and expatriate management services. You will serve as a senior contact for Human Resources teams and international assignees across the international assignment lifecycle, oversee complex mobility projects, and coordinate services across jurisdictions. This role combines team leadership, stakeholder management, and operational oversight to help deliver accurate, timely client service.

As a Senior Manager, Tax Services on the Global Mobility Tax Services team, you will be responsible for…

Serve as a primary contact for Human Resources teams and international assignees throughout the international assignment lifecycle, including assignment briefings.

Manage global mobility projects and coordinate cross-functional services with Deloitte member firms and global service providers.

Prepare and review assignment letters, balance sheets, and cost projections.

Oversee vendor relationships and invoice processes supporting global mobility services.

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team while driving service quality, accuracy, turnaround time, and service delivery improvements.

Qualifications Required:

Full-time master’s degree in finance or equivalent from reputed university

15+ years of experience in global mobility

Experience managing Human Resources projects

Experience managing a multidisciplinary team within a Big Four organization, business process outsourcing organization, or shared services center

Experience communicating with senior global stakeholders

Experience preparing, reviewing, and analyzing global mobility assignment documentation, including assignment letters, balance sheets, and cost projections

Experience using Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:

Experience using Equus AssignmentPro

German-language proficiency would be a plus

Work Location : Bengaluru / Bangalore || Shift Timings : 11 AM to 8 PM IST.
