Work You'll Do

As a AV Delivery & Deployment Specialist within CTS Solutions, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, management, and support of Cisco Collaboration, Audio Visual (AV), and workplace technology solutions across Deloitte USI locations. You will lead AV project delivery activities, collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and workplace teams, and ensure successful implementation of enterprise collaboration technologies.

This role requires strong expertise in Cisco Collaboration solutions, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, AV architecture, room standardization, project delivery, deployment governance, and operational excellence.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Cisco Collaboration and AV projects across USI locations.

Design and implement Cisco video conferencing and collaboration solutions.

Manage deployment of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, Cisco Room Systems, Desk Pro, Boards, and related collaboration technologies.

Coordinate with business stakeholders, RES, procurement teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

Review AV designs, shop drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.

Support technology standardization and modernization initiatives.

Drive site readiness, deployment governance, risk management, and issue resolution.

Manage vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Provide technical leadership for AV refresh, expansion, relocation, and new office build projects.

Support operational improvements, reporting, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.

Participate in troubleshooting and escalation management for critical incidents.

Deliver executive briefing rooms, conference rooms, training spaces, innovation centers, and hybrid collaboration environments.

Required Technical Skills

Cisco Collaboration portfolio, including Room Kits, Room Bar, Codec Pro, Desk Pro, Control Hub, Webex, and video conferencing platforms.

Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams administration, Zoom Rooms, and associated room technologies.

Audio Visual systems, including displays, DSPs, microphones, cameras, switching, and control systems.

Hybrid meeting technologies and workplace collaboration solutions.

Network fundamentals supporting AV and unified communications environments.

Understanding of AV integration standards and best practices.

Experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management processes.

Knowledge of project-management methodologies and deployment governance.

Ability to review technical drawings, solution architectures, and project documentation.

Education and Experience

B.E. / B.Tech degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

4–6 years of experience in Cisco Collaboration, Unified Communications, Audio Visual technologies, or Workplace Technology Services.

Cisco certifications, such as CCNA, Collaboration, Webex, or related credentials, are preferred.

Experience delivering enterprise collaboration and AV projects is highly preferred. Location and Work Model

Location: Hyderabad.

Primarily office-based.

Flexibility to support project activities, business events, and deployment schedules as required.

Cisco Collaboration certifications.

CCNA / CCNP.

Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate.

CTS / CTS-D.

ITIL Foundation.
