Customer & Overseas Co-ordination.

Arranging bookings from carriers / overseas agent

Job opening in RA1

Container / shipment tracking

Handling escalations

Shipment follow up till delivery as per our scope of work and timely update to customer

Timely releasing of DO and sharing DSR as per customer’s requirement

Timely invoicing.

Job closing in RA1.

MIS closing with accounts on monthly basis

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

6-8 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations.

Strong knowledge of ocean operations and shipment lifecycle.
