Talent Acquisition Intern

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. Update and maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases. Assist in offer rollout, document collection, and onboarding activities. Support campus hiring, recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives. Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics as required. Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain professional communication.
