Customer Growth Associate

The Customer Growth Associate plays a key role in enhancing revenue by nurturing leads, driving repeat purchases, and converting WhatsApp product inquiries into confirmed orders. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: ● WhatsApp Chatbot Sales: Convert product inquiries from our WhatsApp chatbot into confirmed sales through proactive messaging and calls. Recommend suitable products and upsell wherever relevant. ● Repeat Purchase Rate: Build customer retention by pitching relevant new products to past buyers. Identify purchase patterns and re-engage accordingly. ● Feedback Calling: Call customers post-delivery to gather feedback on their experience, collect data such as the child's name, date of birth, and purchase intent, and encourage product reviews. ● Daily Work Reporting: Maintain daily activity logs including leads converted, follow-up status, sales generated, and key customer feedback.
