In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Own day ‑ to ‑ day administration and operational stability of Salesforce CRM and eCommerce ‑ related configurations

Act as the primary administrator for users, roles, permissions, markets, experience settings, and access controls

Capture, synthesise, and analyse Voice of Customer insights from customers, Sales, and Service across CRM and eCommerce journeys

Translate insights into clear problem statements, priorities, and recommendations for the CX Product Owner

Support functional testing, UAT, release validation, and post ‑ release stabilisation activities

Partner with the CX Product Owner to support feature delivery, rollout, and scaling across brands and regions

Ensure new features are operationally ready for launch, including testing coverage, enablement readiness, and dependency alignment

Act as a key execution liaison between DCX, Development, CRM, IT/ERP, Analytics, and business stakeholders

Proactively identify experience gaps, recurring issues, and systemic improvement opportunities to inform roadmap decisions

For This Role, You Will Need:

1-3 years experience administering Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Commerce environments

Strong understanding of end ‑ to ‑ end eCommerce and CRM customer journeys

Experience with functional testing, UAT, release validation, and post ‑ release support

Ability to translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements

Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder ‑ management skills

Comfort operating in a global, cross ‑ functional, and product ‑ led delivery model

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Commerce Cloud

Experience supporting eCommerce and CRM platforms at scale, across multiple brands, markets, or regions

Strong understanding of end ‑ to ‑ end customer journeys, including discovery, purchase, service, and post ‑ purchase experiences

Demonstrated experience translating Voice of Customer insights into clear recommendations and experience improvements

Hands ‑ on experience with functional testing, UAT coordination, release validation, and post ‑ release stabilisation

Familiarity with product ‑ led delivery models, including close partnership with Product Owners and delivery teams

Experience working with data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce reporting) to support insight generation and decision ‑ making

Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder ‑ management skills in a global, cross ‑ functional environment

Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for structured communication of insights, priorities, and recommendations
