In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Data Workstream Execution & Requirements Delivery
Lead assigned data workstream activities and coordinate with the Core Team to ensure Salesforce data requirements are understood, prioritized, delivered, validated, and documented
Translate business process needs into clear data requirements, field definitions, validation expectations, migration rules, and acceptance criteria
Support data migration, cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, validation, and cutover readiness activities across implementation waves
Coordinate data issue triage, root-cause analysis, ownership assignment, remediation tracking, and closure reporting
Maintain data dictionaries, field inventories, decision logs, standards documentation, and stewardship artifacts for assigned domains
Standards, Governance & Quality Controls
Ensure assigned Salesforce data remains aligned to data quality, data security, data compliance, and global reporting standards
Serve as arbiter for data model, field, and definition changes that impact global standards, reporting definitions, integrations, or cross-Business Group consistency
Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, field-level governance rules, required values, ownership rules, and quality thresholds
Monitor data quality metrics, identify recurring issues, and drive remediation with business owners, technical teams, and Data Cloud Hygiene leadership
Collaboration, Integration & Operating Support
Collaborate with Integration leads to validate data flow integrity, transformation rules, source-of-truth decisions, and downstream reporting impacts
Partner with the Data Cloud Hygiene Manager on compliance reporting, audit support, data retention considerations, masking requirements, and quality improvement initiatives
Support business readiness by explaining standards, training users, documenting expectations, and reinforcing stewardship practices
Escalate unresolved data conflicts, quality risks, or standards exceptions through the appropriate governance forums

For This Role, You Will Need:
Technical Skills:
Salesforce data model, schema design concepts, object relationships, field definitions, validation rules, and reporting impacts
Data quality tools, data profiling, duplicate management, monitoring, issue tracking, and remediation workflows
Data migration and ETL concepts, including mapping, transformation, cleansing, enrichment, validation, and cutover support
Salesforce Data Cloud fundamentals and how stewardship decisions affect identity resolution, segmentation, reporting, and AI readiness
SQL, Excel, reporting, or analytical tools used to profile data, investigate quality issues, and validate remediation
Data privacy, security, compliance, access control, and audit support concepts
Interpersonal and Leadership Skills:
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and discipline in documenting decisions and standards
Collaborative approach across business and technical teams, with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Conflict resolution skills when data standards, field definitions, or ownership expectations differ across teams
Process orientation and follow-through on issue remediation, migration readiness, and quality improvement actions
Comfort escalating risks clearly and constructively through governance channels when standards or delivery outcomes are at risk
Required Certifications:
Salesforce Data Cloud certification required
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, data quality, MDM, analytics, or business analysis certifications valued
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
Manufacturing or industrial data management experience
Salesforce-to-ERP data synchronization experience
Master Data Management background or exposure to enterprise customer/master data programs
Multi-org Salesforce data governance experience
Experience supporting Salesforce data migration, consolidation, enrichment, or global template programs
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Business, Data Management, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data management, data stewardship, data quality, business analysis, data migration, or enterprise systems roles
Experience working with Salesforce data models, field governance, data migration, data quality controls, or CRM data operations
Ability to document clear data standards, definitions, rules, requirements, and issue-resolution processes
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with attention to detail and process discipline
Approximately 10-20% travel (global)
