Maintain and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest Fairmont standards, ensuring all spaces are immaculate and welcoming

Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests, special needs, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Inspect rooms upon completion of cleaning to verify quality standards, attention to detail, and compliance with property specifications

Manage and organize housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting low stock levels and maintaining efficient supply usage

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize room assignments and meet daily cleaning schedules

Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisory staff immediately for prompt resolution

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional manner, maintaining discretion and confidentiality

Assist with special projects, deep cleaning initiatives, and seasonal maintenance tasks as assigned

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction

**Required Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or guest service experience in a hospitality setting

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform repetitive tasks

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety protocols
