· Supply chain management experience with strong functional (Warehouse Transportation & Logistics), technical and customer-facing skills · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferred to have a certification in Supply Chain & Logistics · Ability to interpret requirements using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions and workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements from clients. · Ability to solution, sell and deliver on warehouse transformation programs · 3PL, 4PL operational pursuit activities · Experience across a variety of Supply Chain management packaged solutions such as WMS, WCS, TMS, LMS/LMD · Ability to engage with people at all levels; both clients and internal colleagues. · Ability to create unique solutions to complex material engineering flow problems, with organizational, process or technology contexts. · Ability to interact with both business and IT managers to ensure understanding of both the business and IT challenges and solutions. · Agile implementation methodology experience is preferred. · Ability to travel 100% to customer sites in Domestic and Internation.
