As a Workday DC - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will focus on Workday Data and Analytics, helping clients optimize their business applications and drive value through data-driven insights. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections and navigate complex situations, using your knowledge to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to work within our Workforce Technology - Workday HCM practice, collaborating with a diverse team to enhance client experiences. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. By interpreting data and providing insights, you will contribute to the overall business strategy and help clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex data sets to support client decision-making and strategic planning
- Developing and implementing Workday HCM reporting and analytics solutions to enhance data-driven insights
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored consulting services
- Utilizing data modeling and integration techniques to streamline data processes and improve data quality
- Leading data visualization efforts to present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Conducting data mining and preprocessing to uncover trends and patterns in large data sets
- Confirming data security and compliance within analytics frameworks
- Mentoring junior team members in data analysis and Workday reporting methodologies
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Workday advancements and data analysis tools
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in data and analytics solutions, including Workday Prism Analytics, Reporting, Adaptive Planning, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting and Analytics
- Utilizing data-driven consulting to enhance client solutions
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data modeling
