As an Oracle CPQ - Senior Manager you will lead client-facing Oracle Configure, Price, Quote initiatives within our Business Application Consulting practice, helping clients improve sales and revenue operations through application strategy, configuration, and support. As a Senior Manager you will provide strategic direction, guide large workstreams, and use sound judgment to coach teams through complex delivery needs while translating business goals into practical Oracle CPQ solutions. In this role at PwC, you will manage client needs, shape solution design, support implementation activities, and communicate clear recommendations that align Oracle applications with the broader lead-to-revenue journey.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Oracle CPQ implementation workstreams from process design through deployment, aligning sales, pricing, and quote-to-cash activities to business goals
  • Advising clients on lead-to-revenue process improvements, translating operating needs into Oracle CPQ configurations and solution design decisions
  • Managing cross-functional project teams through complex delivery efforts, clarifying scope, sequencing work, and addressing issues that affect timeline or quality
  • Configuring and optimizing Oracle CPQ Cloud functions, including product rules, pricing logic, approvals, and quote generation workflows
  • Coordinating integrations across customer data, revenue management, and subscription platforms to support accurate order and billing processes
  • Reviewing client requirements, identifying gaps in current-state processes, and developing future-state solution options that fit operational objectives
  • Validating solution designs, test results, and deployment readiness while incorporating client feedback into implementation decisions
  • Coaching team members on delivery methods, functional design, and issue resolution while supporting a collaborative and accountable project environment
  • Preparing clear presentations and status updates for client leadership, highlighting progress, risks, decisions, and next steps
  • Identifying opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and user adoption across Oracle CPQ and connected revenue applications

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 14 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

Required skills:

Experience in Quote to Cash / CRM to ERP cycles

CPQ functional expertise for Product Configuration, Rules, Commerce process, Pricing Setups, Document Designer and Reports.

Advanced BML queries, formula, BOM, Price Book functionalities setup.

Should have knowledge on ATO / PTO model configuration cycles and integrating with ERP fulfillment systems

Should have experience in Sales Force / OSC / CRM integration. • Knowledge on ABO Functionality

Minimum of 2 implementation cycle experience.

Working and coordinating with Onshore - Offshore model.

Ability to speak effectively with customers and understand the requirements or problem statement.

Technical Skills:

Experience in HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, SOAP based Web-services • Ability to understand BML and write codes in BML inside CPQ for complex requirements from Customer

Document Designer with XSL snippets

Ability to install and modify ABO packages • Develop Web-service integration with ERP systems as well as CRM systems • Integration experience with SalesForce

Technical Designing, Design document and Spec creation Demonstrating senior-level Oracle CPQ advisory experience across client programs

  • Applying systems thinking to shape quoting and revenue workflows
  • Crafting clear messages for executives and delivery teams
  • Coaching teams through complex client challenges and change
  • Developing inclusive teams while guiding project execution
