Cafe Manager

Location: Kochi,Kerala,India

We are looking for a Cafe Manager for Kochi location

Working Time : 02 PM to 12AM

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.

2-7 years of experience with food & beverage and food service operations, including quality control, hygiene, and safety standards.

Sales skills, with the ability to promote menu items, support upselling, and contribute to revenue growth.

Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management role is preferred.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of inventory control and cash handling procedures.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
