Position: Site Engineer Trainee

Department: Projects / Construction

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year

Assist the Site Engineer and Project Manager in day-to-day site activities.

Supervise ongoing civil works and ensure work is carried out as per drawings.

Monitor labour productivity and report daily progress.

Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.

Check levels, dimensions, and quality of executed work.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the store for material requirements.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.

Follow QA/QC procedures and rectify minor quality issues under guidance.

Ensure compliance with safety rules and company policies at site.

Attend site meetings and support project coordination activities.
