Accounting Manager – Chartered Accountant Location: Bangalore – Jayanagar Experience: 6+ Years (Post Qualification) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for India-based business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements. ? Key Responsibilities Manage complete accounting operations including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation Ensure timely month-end, quarterly, and annual closure of books Prepare and review financial statements as per applicable Indian accounting standards Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits Manage tax assessments, notices, and regulatory communications Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and support budgeting & forecasting activities Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies Work closely with management and stakeholders for financial insights and decision-making Requirements Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified (Mandatory) Experience Minimum 6+ years of post-qualification experience Proven experience in handling end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance Required Skills Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and taxation laws Hands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, and compliance Experience in handling India-based business operations Proficiency in ERP/accounting tools such as Tally, SAP, Zoho, Oracle, etc. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Mandatory Preference Candidates must have experience working on India-based accounting Profiles from BPO/shared services or only IFRS/US GAAP environments will not be preferred How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: tech.ta.support@nhrms.in
