Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Learning Insights team, you will be responsible for:

Developing, analyzing, and optimizing data processes, structures, and models to support Learning & Development initiatives

Designing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, Power Query, and other reporting tools

Building and maintaining data pipelines and extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes to support data integrity and accessibility

Translating business requirements into technical specifications for reports and dashboards, including integration of data from multiple sources

Performing routine and ad hoc analysis and reporting, including assessment of data structure, content, and quality

Collaborating with business teams and system analysts, training end users on reports and dashboards, and supporting continuous improvement while maintaining data accuracy, security, and privacy compliance

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Learning Science, or a related field

3-4 years of experience in a business intelligence, reporting, or analytics role

Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and Power Query to build reporting or analytics solutions

Experience writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries across multiple tables and subqueries

Experience with data modeling, extract, transform, and load (ETL), and data analysis

Knowledge of data warehouse and data cube concepts

Preferred:

Experience supporting Learning and Development or Talent Development functions

Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive models

Experience with strategic planning or resource management

Experience applying user interface and user experience design principles in reporting or learning solutions

Experience with Learning Management Systems

Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence tools for content creation or Learning and Development automation
