We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineering Intern with strong fundamentals in logical programming and databases, along with hands-on exposure to Java, Python, SQL databases, and MongoDB. The intern will work closely with the engineering team on real-world backend development and data-intensive use cases. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and optimize backend modules using Java and Python Implement logic-heavy solutions with a focus on performance and correctness Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and MongoDB Design database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and perform query optimization Work with MongoDB collections, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and data validation Assist in API development, backend workflows, and data processing Debug issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose effective fixes Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control processes (Git) Collaborate with senior developers to understand system design and best practices Requirements Strong understanding of logical programming and problem-solving Hands-on experience with Java (Core Java, OOP concepts) Hands-on experience with Python (scripting, automation, data handling) Solid knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts (joins, indexing, normalization) Practical exposure to MongoDB (CRUD operations, indexing, aggregations) Understanding of data modeling for both relational and NoSQL databases Familiarity with REST APIs and backend concepts
