- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, clean, and analyze data, deriving actionable insights to support decision-making 2. Track and manage information related to assessments and content distribution for courses and job roles across government schemes 3. Address and follow up on queries and grievances raised by stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution 4. Tracking of information related to assessments, content management for courses/job roles Requirements 4-5 years of experience in managing stakeholders, managing MIS in Education/related field. Experience in Skilling Ecosystem sector will be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable high level phone and email communications. Active listening skills comprehension skills
