Key Responsibilities Implement and configure HRMS solutions for clients Understand client requirements and customize solutions Conduct system training and user onboarding Provide post-implementation support Manage multiple implementation projects Requirements Requirements MBA in HR HR internship or work experience is MANDATORY Strong understanding of HR processes Excellent communication and client management skills MS Excel proficiency and problem-solving mindset Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits
