Electrical Wiring Harness

Qualification: B.E., / B.Tech., (Electrical) Experience : 5 to 8 years Softwares: cabling software, AutoCAD Job Role: Analyze and interpret customer technical specifications related to wiring systems Develop complete wiring drawings using cabling software, in compliance with customer requirements and internal standards Create and manage wiring schematics, connection tables, cable routing documentation and bill of materials (BOM) Ensure consistency between electrical diagrams, wiring documentation and production constraints Validate design feasibility before release to production Support production during prototype phase, first build and troubleshooting activities Maintain documentation updates in case of engineering changes (ECR / ECO) Ensure proper document archiving and traceability
