The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire Claims Center, with a proven track record of developing and implementing solutions that enhance claims processing efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire Claims Center to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Perform system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Guidewire applications. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Guidewire and insurance domain. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience with Guidewire Claims Center (deal breaker skill). Strong knowledge of Java and Guidewire development tools. Experience with integration of Guidewire with other systems. Understanding of insurance domain and claims processing. Ability to work in an Agile development environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center. Familiarity with SQL and database management. Knowledge of web services and API integration. Experience with cloud technologies and deployment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience in Guidewire Claims Center development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
