Job Title: GW Claims Developer Location: Greater Noida Years of Experience: 3-5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled GW Claims Developer with a strong background in Guidewire Claims Center to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing claims management solutions using Guidewire technology. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Develop, configure, and customize Guidewire Claims Center applications to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Design and implement technical solutions that enhance the functionality of the claims management system. Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure quality and performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Guidewire applications. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals. Stay updated with the latest Guidewire releases and industry trends to recommend improvements. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience with Guidewire Claims Center. Strong understanding of the insurance domain, particularly in claims processing. Proficiency in Java and SQL. Experience with Guidewire configuration and integration. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in software development, specifically with Guidewire Claims Center. Relevant certifications in Guidewire technology are a plus.
