Respond to support requests using automated phone and chat tools

Guide callers through policy and mandatory requirements/procedures

Document and save record of guidance provided

Collaborate with internal Risk & Brand Protection stakeholders as needed

Provide backup support for other services provided by the Compliance HelpDesk

Independence Conflicts Network (ICN)

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Required:

MBA, preferably in Finance

2–3 years of overall relevant experience

Working knowledge of basic financial instruments in the United States and India, including investments, loans, and insurance products

Experience using technology tools to support requests and document guidance provided

Preferred:

2 years of experience in customer support care, preferably in a banking environment

ServiceNow experience
