Position Purpose

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our product team and ensure that our products remain competitive. As an Associate Product Manager, your duties will include working closely with the Development and Quality Assurance teams and other stakeholders, evaluating consumer feedback on our products, and finding solutions for product defects.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will:

Collaborate with the design, product development and QA teams.

Analyze requirements and support the engineering team to take a business call by providing PRD, User Stories, etc.

Work closely with cross-functional business teams on gathering product requirements and creating the product roadmap.

Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends.

Track product metrics and continuously try to improve them

Analyzing consumer feedback and recording product defects.

Determining improvements to product features.

Work with designers to create highly functional and delightful products for end-users.

Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning them with business goals.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior.

Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.

Competency in training internal departments on new product features.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in HCM, payroll, Workforce management will be an added advantage.
