Marketing & Sales Executive

We are hiring a Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn & WhatsApp - Identify and qualify leads for our HR consulting and technology services - Assist in creating marketing content — posts, emailers & campaigns - Support client presentations and product demos - Maintain outreach trackers and client databases - Research market trends and competitor activities Requirements: - Any graduate (BBA / BCom / MBA or equivalent) - Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of experience preferred - Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi / regional languages a plus) - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn What We Offer: - CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + performance incentives - Hands-on training and mentorship - Exposure to HR tech, consulting, and business development - Fast growth path in a 360-degree HR firm
