Job description
We are looking for a Functional Expert to join our Technical team to plan, design and oversight the project. This position requires a candidate with good technical knowledge in product and software development.
Responsibilities
Understanding Business process and requirements
Understanding Product management
Understanding Client requirements and its business justification
Capture, consolidate, and communicate the information from the Business users/Clients to the rest of the team
Identify and resolve conflicting requirements.
Work with the technical/development team to make sure that client needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
Contribution to a knowledge-based development
Provide technical and operational support
Prepare documentation, maintain version control
Post delivery support.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Information Technology/Power sector) or equivalent.
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Prior experience at requirement gathering
Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or google docs/ sheets/slides
