We're Hiring | Principal – Investment Banking Advisory Services ? Location: Mumbai ? Employment Type: Full-Time ? Designation: Principal We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Principal – Investment Banking Advisory Services to lead and grow an Investment Banking Advisory practice. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end investment banking mandates across M&A, PE/VC fundraising, capital raising, Pre-IPO/IPO advisory, debt raising, structured finance and strategic advisory • Originate new mandates and build a strong deal pipeline • Develop relationships with Founders, Promoters, CXOs, PE/VC Funds, Family Offices, HNIs and Institutional Investors • Lead transaction execution, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence and deal structuring • Manage senior client relationships and transaction negotiations • Lead and mentor Analysts/Associates and contribute to practice building • Drive revenue generation, mandate conversion and successful deal closures Requirements ✅ Relevant experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, PE/VC or related areas ✅ Proven experience in transaction origination and execution ✅ Strong experience in at least 2 areas: M&A, PE/VC fundraising, Capital Raising, IPO/Pre-IPO, Debt Raising, Structured Finance or Strategic Advisory ✅ Strong network across founders, investors, PE/VC funds, family offices, HNIs or institutional investors preferred ✅ Strong understanding of Indian capital markets ✅ Ability to independently manage transactions from origination to closure ✅ Strong financial modelling, valuation and client management skills ✅ MBA/PGDM Finance preferred; CA/CFA/CFM is an advantage
