Product Manager - Bangalore

LOCATION: Bangalore, India ​

THE ROLE: Product Manager

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires a hands-on PM who can quickly understand the current product, establish a clear product strategy and roadmap, and drive execution together with Engineering and UX. The PM will be accountable for ensuring that Insights solves meaningful customer problems and evolves into a scalable, differentiated analytics and intelligence platform.

Take end-to-end ownership of Insights — strategy, customer use cases, requirements, roadmap, prioritization and delivery.

Establish clear customer problems, personas, use cases and measurable outcomes rather than simply managing a feature backlog.

Work directly with enterprise customers, Sales, SEs and partners to validate requirements and continuously gather feedback.

Translate customer needs into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria for Engineering and UX.

Drive dashboards, endpoint telemetry, analytics, reporting, APIs and integrations with a strong focus on actionable insights rather than just presenting data.

Define the evolution of Insights toward a cloud/SaaS-based offering and identify opportunities for AI-driven insights and recommendations.

Maintain strong execution discipline: priorities, dependencies, decisions, risks and delivery status must always be clear.

Strong B2B enterprise Product Management experience; experience with analytics, observability, endpoint management, EUC, security, SaaS or data platforms is highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Understanding how the business of IT works and has a degree in business informatics, a comparable education or professional experience

Total 10+ years of work experience and minimum of 6+ years related experience in Enterprise Product Management

Works under minimum supervision

Ability to operate independently

Latitude for independent judgment

Knowledge in the field of software development

Capturing complex interrelationships and developing content independently

Proven end-to-end Product Management ownership

Good enterprise/B2B product experience

Strong customer discovery and product thinking

Sufficient technical fluency to work effectively with Engineering and Architecture

Data-driven and understands product KPIs, adoption, customer/business value, prioritization and ideally pricing/GTM considerations.
