Job Title: Recruitment Manager – Technology Staffing | Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Kolkata | Type: Full-time | Work from Office Experience: 8+ years (preferably in agency-based Technology/Contingent Staffing) Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a team and drive hiring strategies for top technology clients. Ideal candidates must have strong experience working with System Integrators (SIs) and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and coach a team of recruiters; track performance and targets. Client Engagement: Act as the point of contact for clients; build long-term relationships. Hiring Operations: Oversee end-to-end tech recruitment; ensure timely, quality hires. Strategy & Planning: Align hiring plans with client needs and market trends. Market Insight: Stay updated on IT skills and trends; use data to improve hiring. Compliance & Metrics: Track KPIs, manage recruitment budgets, and ensure process adherence. Employer Branding: Ensure great candidate experience and promote employer brand. Requirements Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field. Experience: 7–9+ years in tech staffing, team management, working with SIs/GCCs.
