Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – Electrical Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience: 6–10 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering No. of Positions: 3 Salary: ₹7–12 LPA Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager – Electrical to oversee electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end electrical project activities from project initiation to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost control. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements. Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements. Support material planning, procurement, estimation, and project execution. Track project progress and prepare regular reports. Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 6–10 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution/management. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards. Experience in commercial/industrial electrical projects preferred. Knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, and execution. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage. Kannada proficiency is preferred/required for site coordination.
