ASIC DFT Engineer || DFT/ATPG/MBIST/SCAN/JTAG || 8+ years

We are looking for a skilled ASIC DFT Engineer to drive innovation in hardware design for test and integration within Cisco Silicon One. You will implement DFT features, develop DFT IP, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years’ experience in ASIC DFT engineering and expertise in JTAG, Scan insertion, and ATPG tools.
