As a Specialist, Engineering Maintenance Solutions on the Change & Release Management team, you will be responsible for…

Execute Change and Release Management processes to help minimize service disruption and degradation throughout the change lifecycle.

Coordinate change and release planning, including stakeholder communications, dependency management, conflict resolution, and prioritization.

Plan and coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, release activities, and deployments to support production readiness.

Evaluate change requests for supported platforms; identify, analyze, and document risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.

Maintain change and release records, schedules, documentation, and status reporting to support governance and continuous service improvement.

Change Management: The quality control process that sets the stage ready by assessing, planning, and getting the right approvals for deployment of one or multiple changes and this ensures minimal disruption to live environment.

Release Management: Release management involves owning the release life cycle from assessment up and till deployment co-ordinating with the various build teams and testing teams along the way while maintaining the integrity of ongoing services.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 1-10 PM IST / 2-11 PM IST

Required:

Experience supporting Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-aligned Change, Release, and Service Transition processes.

Experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and coordinating change approvals.

Experience planning and maintaining release schedules, dependencies, and deployment activities.

Experience conducting change and release readiness assessments, including risk identification and mitigation documentation.

Experience using Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or an equivalent platform, to track and manage changes and releases.

Experience preparing change and release communications, operational documentation, and performance reports using Microsoft Office applications.

ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification.

Preferred:

ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification above the Foundation level.

Project Management Professional (PMP), Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

Experience managing IT service delivery activities across change, release, incident, or problem management.

Experience working with Agile delivery methods and DevOps practices.

Lean or Six Sigma certification.

Experience developing operational documentation and training materials.
