Senior Account Manager (Project Operations & Client Relationships)

This is a senior client-facing opportunity for an experienced account management professional ready to take ownership of complex relationships and projects.

You will manage key accounts end-to-end, ensuring strong communication, smooth execution, and consistently high-quality delivery.

The role combines client relationship management with project operations, commercial decision-making, and team leadership.

You will coach and manage Account Managers or Executives while establishing clear standards for performance, accountability, and client service.

You will also coordinate creative talent across design, video, and content projects, balancing quality, availability, timelines, and budgets.

With significant autonomy, you will contribute to proposals, pricing, project planning, and broader account strategy.
