Specialist - Data Visualization (Analytics and Insights) - Talent Experience and Engagement - FTH - Hyderabad

We’re looking for a Data Visualization Specialist to be responsible for developing quality Tableau dashboards from end-to-end, from data preparation and transformation through dashboard development, testing, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring final products are accurate, performant, and polished, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing Tableau dashboards.

Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, Data Visualization on the Data Visualization team, you will be responsible for:

Build and maintain Tableau solutions from approved wireframes and requirements, delivering accurate and performant solutions on schedule

Perform data extraction, data cleanup, formatting, and data validation for Tableau dashboard refreshes

Build automated reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau dashboards and Tableau Prep Flows based on data flows and interfacing systems

Gather requirements for new dashboards and enhancements, assess complexity, propose visualization designs, and execute development, testing, and bug resolution

Manage multiple dashboard projects concurrently while maintaining existing dashboards and supporting ongoing enhancements

The Data Visualization Team within the Client & Reporting Solutions team uses Talent data to address key business questions and employs best practices in data visualization to provide actionable insights in support of Talent priorities.

Employment Type: Fixed Term Hire (FTH)

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree

4-6 years of experience in Tableau dashboard development using large data sets

Experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, and Tableau Prep

Experience developing new dashboards or enhancing existing dashboards using data warehouse or server-based data sources

Experience in data preparation, transformation, testing, and ongoing dashboard maintenance

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, and Teams

Preferred:

Degree specialization in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Data Analytics

Tableau certification

Experience building automated reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau dashboards or Tableau Prep Flows

Experience supporting multiple dashboard projects concurrently
