ML Engineer - Lead

5+ years building ML systems; 1–3+ years managing engineers or leading a team Hands-on experience across the full ML lifecycle — data, training, deployment, monitoring Strong Python and ML framework skills (MLflow/PyTorch/TensorFlow); comfortable in cloud ML environments A track record of shipping ML to production, not just experimenting Clear communicator who can lead people and still ship code Nice to Have LLM/GenAI production experience Experience scaling a team through growth Familiarity with Azure Fabric, MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar tools
