Senior Staff Software Engineer

This is a highly influential individual contributor role focused on shaping technical strategy across multiple engineering teams, systems, and business domains. You’ll lead the architecture and delivery of complex, scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions from discovery through production. The role combines deep technical expertise with broad organizational influence, helping teams make thoughtful decisions around performance, cost, security, and long-term maintainability. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to connect technology decisions with meaningful business outcomes. You’ll also mentor senior technical talent and strengthen engineering practices across the organization.
