Department Lead- Mechanical Package

Equinox Design Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Equinox Engineering Ltd., a Calgary-based Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) firm. Equinox specializes in oil and gas processing facilities, including natural gas, sweet and sour gas, conventional and heavy oil, and pipeline projects, supporting major producers in Canada and worldwide.

The Department Lead – Mechanical Engineering, will lead mechanical engineering activities across EPCM oil and gas, energy and industrial projects. The role oversees Static Equipment, Rotating Equipment and Mechanical Package Engineering teams, ensuring technical quality, compliance with client specifications and applicable codes, and timely delivery. The incumbent will coordinate with global engineering teams, Project Management, clients, Procurement and vendors, while managing resources, technical reviews, recruitment and team development.
